At Valoré Fine Diamonds, each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order. Most products take 10-15 days to be crafted and ready for dispatch. Post-dispatch, delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Upon order confirmation, a tentative delivery date will be provided, followed by an exact date once your order is shipped.

Customized Orders

To guarantee secure delivery, all shipments require OTP validation from the registered contact number at the time of receipt. This ensures your order is received only by the intended recipient. If the original recipient is unavailable, the OTP can be used by an authorized individual to accept the package.

For bespoke or customized jewelry, delivery timelines may extend based on design alterations or size adjustments. Specific timelines will be provided for such requests, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday) and delivered to customers within 2-4 days. Some orders can take longer, such as pre-order items.

Our aim is to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unexpected circumstances / situation it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you about the delay immediately.

We offer free shipping on all our products ( Domestic Orders ).

Order Tracking
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Payment Method
You can pay via all major VISA or RazorPay credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted only in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of your purchase. Duties and taxes are included in the price itself.
