At Valoré Fine Diamonds, we strive to ensure that every product is accurately displayed on our website. However, please note that images are for illustrative purposes only, and variations in size, color, and detail may occur due to technical limitations, including screen calibration, photography, and color reproduction on different devices. Additionally, as each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight variations in size and dimensions may arise due to the nature of craftsmanship.

While we make every effort to closely replicate our designs, these variations are an inherent part of the handmade process and cannot always be precisely reflected in photographs. For this reason, we will not be liable for any minor differences between the product you receive and the images shown on our website.

No Returns or Refunds Policy

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. If you wish to cancel an order, cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet entered production. Please contact us promptly if you need to make a cancellation request. Once production has begun on your custom piece, the order cannot be canceled.

Due to the customized and high-value nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. Each piece is uniquely crafted to order, often tailored to your preferences in terms of gold color, size, and design, making it impossible for us to resell the item once it has been customized. We have encountered instances where customers have worn the jewelry and sought to return it, which is challenging in our line of business. Therefore, we uphold a strict No Return, No Refund policy. We urge you to review all details and confirm your choices prior to placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Damages and Defects

Payments

As per RBI guidelines, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any of our products, as all orders exceed Rs. 49,999. All purchases must be made through our secure online payment gateway, which includes multiple payment options to ensure convenience and security. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

If you have any further queries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized jewelry and a seamless shopping experience.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at +91 9910934605 within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs highlighting the issue. Our team will assess the situation and arrange a replacement order of the same design. The damaged product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging for the replacement process to begin. Rest assured, all our shipments are insured, so there is no need to fret about potential issues during delivery.

Refund & Cancellations  Policy

We have a customer friendly 2 days return & 10 days exchange policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@liveyourvalore.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

We only generate pickups once, and if the customer fails to hand the product over to the delivery partner, the customer must self-ship the product by himself.

If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return partial order, the refund amount will be calculated basis applicable discount on non-return productss in the order .

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.

Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

2. If the product has been ordered with fall.

3. If the product is customized for you.

4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 

5. If the product is made to order by the customer.

Exchange Policy: 

1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note we will arrange for the pick up from your door step.

3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. 

6. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.

7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
